Historic Dayton Landmark...

The Landing is located in the old YMCA building, built in 1929 - a Dayton landmark. We are proudly listed on the National Registry of Historical Places.

The building became the setting for classes that would eventually lead to the institution known as Sinclair Community College, and officially housed the College from 1958 to 1965.

McCormack Baron Ragan Services Inc. opened the Landing as an apartment complex in 1992. As you can see from the photos below, great care was taken during the renovations to preserve as much of the character of the building as possible.
